Key Responsibilities: * Financial Planning:
Develop and oversee the annual and long-term financial planning process.
Collaborate with department heads and subsidiary finance teams to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of forecasts and budgets.
Prepare consolidated financial statements, budget reports, and variance analysis for senior management and the board of directors.
Forecasting and Analysis:
Create financial models and conduct sensitivity analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, identifying trends and variances to help optimize business operations.
Provide regular financial reports and insights to senior leadership to support resource allocation and performance improvement.
Performance Evaluation:
Assess the financial performance of Filinvest Group's various subsidiaries and divisions, providing recommendations for improvements.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses, profitability assessments, and ROI evaluations for potential investments and projects.
Strategic Planning:
Assist in the formulation of the company's financial strategy, working closely with executive management to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
Knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into understandable insights.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of the real estate and investment industry is a plus.
