MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/ College Degree, Art/ Design/Creative Multimedia, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Must be organized and keen on details
Creativity and interest in Event Styling
Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction.
Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality.
Delivery of excellent customer service and a seamless event.
Escalates and proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the ingress, event proper and egress.
Establish regular meetings with vendors and/or event suppliers.
Ocular inspection to plan layout and coordinate event logistics.
Help in securing events kit/forms for external suppliers/business partners.
Check set-up and possible call outs on the ingress,event proper and egress.
Submit Daily Endorsements and Weekly Calendar of Events and Activities
Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report outcomes
Can work in extended hours when the event requires
Answers service unit calls/ sms and chat groups for any event set up/ requirement

First things first, your chief concern is to ensure a safer and more comfortable work environment to work in and visit. Part of the checklist you will run through are to plan and execute all preparations needed for meetings and conferences with clients and VIP visits. Likewise, the mailroom, front office and housekeeping all fall into your realm.
Being dedicated to great results
You should be mobile and capable of working anywhere because you will perform daily check-ins around the front office and lobby to ensure high standards. Whatever mix-ups or jams that you spot, you should be quick to figure out the best repairs. Your input and ideas will be sought to help steer the team in directions that help make the facility perform at its best.
A typical day for you also involves contact with vendors-reviewing their services and coordinating with them for the resolution of any service issues.

Experience in Events Coordination
Aside from handling soft services, you must have an experience in events coordination as you will be act as the floor ambassador. More than 3 yrs of experience in facilities and events coordination is a plus factor.
Core facilities management skills
If you're a graduate in any discipline, you will most likely to qualify for this role. You should also have 2+ years of experience in facilities management or corporate solutions. It would be great if you have tertiary qualifications in hotel management, building management and/or business.
Outstanding team prowess
