The primary purpose is to provide support to their assigned functional team/s in Manila Operations Center on Metrics and Reporting, Quality and Continuous Improvement, Data Privacy monitoring, Facilities Management and Compliance assessment and monitoring.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and support EHS (refer to EHS Coordinator job description) and BCP activities for the center including facilities, access management and data privacy.
Initiate, support and participate in Safety, Quality and Continuous Improvement activities.
Analyze processes and systems designs to be able to come up with productivity improvements.
Lead and facilitate Quality and Continuous Improvement activities (e.g. Kaizen) focused on root cause analysis to solve business problems and achieve 100% conformance to customer requirements.
Prepare and/or review Operational Reports & Department Scorecards and Analysis of Workforce & Resource / Capacity Plans.
Provide meaningful insights and recommendations based on the analysis of data and trends of operational and non-operational reports to Functional Managers and/or Site Management.
Lead in the analysis of the Balanced Scorecard (including identification of the appropriate metrics) to drive improvement to performance metrics and process opportunities and reduction in variability/defects especially in processes.
Lead and perform Quality Activities (e.g. Process & Output audits, Customer Satisfaction Analysis) per the Quality program, including compliance monitoring.
Provide training, coaching on Compliance, Quality & Productivity.
Develop and/or review the training materials. Conduct technical and soft skill trainings.
Assist the functional managers in ensuring that the audit findings are addressed to prevent recurrence and support SOX and non-SOX controls audit activities of CQ&P.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 2 years professional experience in a Finance Shared Service environment
At least 1 year in Quality Management and/or Operational Excellence role
Certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt or Project Management experience an advantage
At least 2 years of any process/internal controls audit experience
Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint
Strong analytical skills
Ability to lead, train, and motivate cross-functional teams
Good decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical/quantitative skills
Demonstrated initiative to drive efforts beyond concept to implementation
Passionate for driving change and delivering results
Good communication skills in English
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with all levels in the organization

College graduate of any related course
