The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst role is responsible for eliciting, validating and documenting requirements for development of digitalization and automation solutions (apps, bots, macros, BPMS, etc.). The role will be responsible for analytics-based process-improvement, implementation of projects, delivery, and support of service for RPA solution. This entails identifying opportunities for solutions, defining, and shaping project approach, analysis, and requirements, driving insights and recommendations, and overseeing design and delivery of ultimate solution.
Will lead the design, development and support of enterprise and application specific Descriptive Analytics & RPA Project Deployment and Governance and is expected to develop close working relationships with other business partners in Operations, IT, Finance, and other shared services. The individual will serve as a mentor and share best practices with other members of the team. Holds others accountable to established performance levels as well as trains the team in necessary skills (technical and non-technical) needed to succeed and advance.
Robotic Process Automation
Gather, validate, clarify, and prioritize document business requirements into functional area
Oversee the design and implementation of RPA solutions.
Play a key role in process improvement reviews to identify opportunities where automation can drive benefits and efficiencies for the business.
Prioritize the different initiatives within RPA in consultation with key stakeholders.
Break down and analyze existing business processes in detail in order to assess feasibility and to redesign those processes for an RPA supported solution.
Support the Launch & Implementation of RPA Solutions
Manage & Track Deployed RPA Components such as Bots, Robots, Development Tools, Code Repository etc.
Meets business needs and strategic objectives by managing the activities of Development Programmers and vendors consistently delivering quality solutions, on time, and scope of projects.
Actively drives the development life cycle from requirements analysis, feasibility estimates, design, code, documentation, testing, implementation and support.
Business Intelligence
Responsible for managing the reporting applications, functional and technical development, projects and support activities.
Lead the directive in analysis, design, modeling, testing and implementation activities by providing guidance and recommendations for process enhancements and efficiencies for all reporting.
Provide guidance / mentoring to staff to raise their competencies. Drive priority and direction of future business needs around Dexcom GBS Manila including but not limited to infrastructure, applications, data standardization and functions.
Performs analysis of present systems and operations; documents existing procedures and operating methods; defines requested data requirements, analyzes documentation files and reports; designs improved system and methods.
Understands business service requests and translates them into clear and actionable reporting directives.
Business Analyst
Collect & Document business requirements for project and process/ automation efforts
Facilitate process workflow modeling & process mapping to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and defined end-to-end use of business cases.
Review information and trends to ensure that the output processes are achieving the desired results.
Conduct Gap analysis and identify issues and risks, recommending solutions and timelines for migration of Risks.
Identify & Provide recommendation for process improvements.
Establish regular communication with counterparts to maintain consistency and streamlined processes, as as enhance business performance thorough continuous improvement processes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
Lean Six Sigma certification will be a plus.
Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously.
Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue and other key business outcomes.
Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units.
Ability to perform other functions as required in the nature and scope of position.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years related experience in line with monitoring, managing, manipulating and drawing insights from data, and experience in leading a team. Proficient and experienced with the following tools/programs:
Experience with RPA Tools & Methodology such Automation Anywhere, UIPath, Blue Prism etc
Experience with big data and programming skills
Experience with testing and data visualization tools
Experience with Google Sheet, Doc., Presentation, Data Studio, PLX
Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions.
