JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
Business user / business analyst experience in area of after sales service domain that includes invoicing processes, dealer management, customer support, parts management and service management.
Business and system analysis experience, in IT as part of large transformation program
Experience in conducting assessments , handling client discussions, documenting business requirements specifications, supporting technical solution design and development, evaluating solution, conducting UAT and key user training.
Experience in modelling requirements using techniques such as business process diagram, Wireframes, etc.
Job Requirements
Bachelors in IT or any related cource
Experience as business user / business analyst across multiple technology areas such as web-based technologies, Microservices, Kafka, Mongo DB, Angular etc.
Knowledge of latest Automotive, Digital transformation industry trends, Car Invoicing processes etc.
Proficiency in MS Office for documentation, presentation
