We are looking for Accountants who are energetic and driven individuals who have strong technical accounting skills and solid experience in developing systems and processes in a growing environment. The position is responsible for the accounting operations of the company in India

Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting functions including general ledger, bank reconciliation, expenses categorization, accounts payable and highlight the exceptions for action and variance analysis.
Perform monthly closing of books- month end journals, reconciliations, closing entries
Maintenance of supporting documents for financial transactions
Liaise with vendors, banks and/or relevant in-house departments on payment and expenses claims
Prepare daily basis cash position reports
Assist in monthly/quarterly/annually corporate or other filings of the company
Manages accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash requirements
Validate the correctness of payment requests and supporting documents to ensure consistent and accurate accounts booking to accounting software
Assist Accounting Firm to ensure compliances with federal, state and local legal requirements

Key Qualifications
Experienced user of Quickbooks
4+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
Professional diploma or degree holders in Accounting
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
Knowledge of GAAP(preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in handling US accounting(preferred)
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
