Qualifications:
• Must be Engineering Course Graduate
Knowledge in two or more of the listed disciplines:
RF technology
Digital
Mixed Signal Test + DSP
Power Automotive
DFT (Design for Testability)
• Must have at-least 5 to 10+ years experience in the ATE and/or Semiconductor Industry
• Must have solid background in minimum two technology fields
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Estimate effort and timelines for application development projects (conversions, new developments)
• Define tester configurations based on customer device requirements and propose it in alignment with sales and marketing to the customer.
• Work out test time estimations for benchmarks and application development projects.
• Development, Debug, Integration of application program according to customer test specification. Work independently on application programming as well being responsible for on-time and on-cost delivery
• Define and drive loadboard development with third party vendors based on customer requirements
• Conduct technical training internally and for customers according to the training guidelines and procedures at Cohu.
• Report regularly and on demand about the status of the ongoing activities (e.g. monthly reports, trip reports, project reports)
• Support activities for customers (including ramp-up support for production at customer site, onsite trouble shooting, root-cause problem analysis)
• Co-operate with Sales and Marketing to support business of system sales.
• Engage in self-education on trends relevant for engineering and technology. Adapt and implement necessary steps in consensus with your management.
• Special projects, as assigned
• Ensure smooth cooperation among all Cohu divisions and departments through team work.
• Co-operate with the Applications Team worldwide to meet goals, objectives and functions as defined above.

Expected salary: ₱50,000 - ₱80,000 per month
