As a Sr Associate Manager for Talent Acquisition, you will set the path to success by facilitating our recruiting initiatives that will result in hiring quality talents. You are also expected to: Key Responsibilities Conduct Initial/Language/Top Grading interviews for all applicants Handle relocators (hires from offsite centers and activities) Process onboarding and generation of employee IDs and NT logins of new-hires Manage and maintain Recruitment database and demographics Create weekly and monthly reports (Callout, Leads generation, Requirements, etc.) Manage pre-employment requirements compliance Facilitate Admin works (request for Supplies, audit of papers and interview forms for submission to HR for 201 filing, etc.) Facilitates NHO info sheets signing and new-hires endorsement to HR #LI-AK1 Qualifications: Required Skills/Education Graduate of Human Resource Management/Psychology/Behavioral science or any related field Minimum of 3 years of officer/supervisory level experience in a BPO setting (Volume Hiring) Amenable to work on recruitment site operations Willing to work in a shifting schedule #LI-AK1
