Major Duties and Responsibilities Supplier tax and bank account set-up Monthly Account Reconciliations Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing Assists in the audit requirements/schedules (e.g. financial, SOX, PWC, etc.) Interface with management in various departments Perform supplier's Statement of Account Reconciliation and propose solutions to problems Check and audit 3way/goods invoices and resolve issues Roamer to help out in other areas within the group Qualifications I. Job Specifications .Education BS/BA in Accountancy, BS in Accounting Technology, or other similar Accounting related courses . Experience 1-2 years general ledger accounting and accounts payable working experience Preferably with audit experience Oracle R12 financial application experience preferred Preferably with experience working in a multinational company or a manufacturing industry .Skills Excellent Excel skills preferred Effective and strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills Good written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team environment and with great organizational and time management skills Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa (shuttle bus provided)
