What Workforce Optimization contributes to Cardinal Health
Workforce Optimization is responsible for developing and managing forecasting and scheduling models, as well as systems and methodologies needed for analysis, measurement, and assessment of volumes and staffing/scheduling effectiveness, planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
At least 2 years of Workforce (scheduling/reports) experience in a BPO/Shared Services set up
Advanced MS Excel proficiency
Strong communication skills
Willing to work US hours
Willing to work onsite (BGC)
Internal candidates have to be in his/her current role for a minimum of 1 year to be eligible to apply for this role.
