The IT Client Services brings value to the organization as a Global Service Delivery, that oversees the effective development, delivery, and operation of computing platform and information services. Maintains ownership of certain end-user productivity platforms such as virtual, collaboration and productivity services environment, and addresses service outages. Provides Tier 1/2/3 Virtual and Physical support to the organization's end-users including but not limited to system hardware, software, conference room technology & meeting support, warehouse technology, servers, networks, and enterprise system issues. This job family acquires, installs, and upgrades PC components and software, while also performing asset management for software and hardware. Frequently responds to escalated issues from the IT Service Center family. This job family provide request fulfillment and incident resolution through support and discussions with the end-users, provide education and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer and self-services. This function anticipates, plans, and delivers IT Solutions and Strategies that enables innovation, operational efficiency and excellency that drives the business value, meet the business directives and strategic goals.

Job Description
The Sr. Analyst, IT Infrastructure Services will be responsible for 2nd tier client support, 1st-tier administration of SaaS-based productivity services, 1st-tier administration of cloud-based productivity services such as but not limited to Amazon Workspace and Citrix services. This includes application and service maintenance, documentation, working with end users to resolve both simple and complex transactional requests and issues, and developing automation scripts of easy-to-medium complexity to sustain the environment. The senior analyst also participates in an on-call rotation, works with vendors, and trains junior team members.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's in related field, or equivalent work experience
· Applicable technical certifications preferred
· 3-4 years of related work experience in IT. At least 1+ years in a medium or large company. At least 1+ years working with Client Productivity solutions.
· 3-4 years of experience with Office 365 administration and support including Exchange Online, Skype for Business, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Groups, Planner, Yammer, SharePoint, and more)
· 3-4 years of experience with supporting enterprise email technologies (Microsoft Exchange 2010+, Microsoft Active Directory 2008/2012, Windows Server 2008/2012 Server).
· 3-4 years of experience with supporting real-time communication technologies such as Instant Messaging, Conferencing, and Voice.
· 2-3 years of experience using email security solutions such as Cisco Email Security Appliance and Exchange Online Protection
· 1-2 years of experience with Active Directory Federation Services
· 1-2 years of experience using PowerShell. Other scripting skills such as VBScript and python are helpful for automating processes and reporting.
· Proficient with TCP/IP and other networking protocols such as SMTP, TELNET, SSH.
· Knowledgeable of Change Management processes.
· Excellent research and troubleshooting skills

Primary Activities
· Level 3 support and subject matter expert for end-user account administration, troubleshooting, and support for client productivity services
· Analyzes team processes and develops simple solutions for process improvement or automation of processes
· Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation
