Where issues are identified, appropriate mitigating actions are raised, agreed and tracked to completionProduction and issuing of formal reports on the output of monitoring and testing to senior managementUndertake disposition of potential raised sanction, PEP & AM alerts and escalate to the MLRO and relevant teams when appropriateAttendance of client meetings to provide overview of the undertakings of TA ARO and FCCMaintain a strong collaborative working relationship with APAC Transfer AgencyProvide management information periodically to support management oversight and current MI programsAssist the MLRO's and provision of AML Compliance support as needed within the teamThe successful candidate will benefit from having/being:Possess in-depth knowledge of financial crimesExperience of working with or in a Financial Crime Compliance teamIdeally possess a basic understanding of fund business, as well as transfer agency, and fund manager's AML obligationsIdeally possess experience in quality assurance monitoring, testing and thematic reviewsAnalyzing data to identify opportunities for monitoring/testingAbility to identify risks in a process through assurance and monitoring programsAbility to operate independentlySelf-StarterAble to work to deadlinesExcellent attention to detailExcellent communication and written skillsAble to work with a cross section of teams across multiple locationsProficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft productsWorking with Us:As a Northern Trust partner, greater achievements await.
