Sr Advanced Analytics Analyst
Key Responsibilities
Develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data to raise productivity, improve decision making, and gain competitive advantage.
Conducts statistical analysis on data and information to ensure correct predictive forecasting or classification.
Manages all aspects of end-to-end data processing utilizing customized report building functions of systems.
Maintains analytical systems, verifies the accuracy of the data, and acts as a liaison to the business.
In this role, one of the critical responsibility is to he/she will provide capacity planning and scheduling recommendations and analytical support to Call Center and Order Management Operations to ensure to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) of APAC Customer Care and Shared Services supporting all 4 business groups
A strong predictor of success is the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders in all applicable modes of communication, being proactive in strategies that will be beneficial to both processes and business unit, and have a higher sense of urgency and responsibility for role and team.
Build statistical models such as Decision Tree, Word Cloud, and Regression
Create Predictive Models and Prescribe actions to increase productivity
Understand Database Management and Schema
Plans and monitors customer contact center schedules and operations. Provides management information and productivity forecasts by detecting customer call patterns and collaborates with APAC Customer Care teams to provide analytical support and recommendation for staffing resources to meet objectives (e.g. service levels, occupancy); presents analytical trend feedback for forecasting or opportunities to streamline schedule planning processes to management.
Recommends headcount modeling according to the services currently operating and upcoming services that will be transition to Manila.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Analytics or a related discipline;
Experience in Call Center Reporting, scheduling and Capacity planning in a BPO and Shared Services is a plus.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Call Center and/or enterprise data analytics
Experience in programming (Macro, Visual Basic), RPA (understands machine learning process) using business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI);
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Knowledgeable in other industry standard automation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build strong business relationships;
Solution orientated with a "can do" attitude and proactive, bias for action nature;
Ability to independently, resourcefully, and creatively research and implement new solutions;
Demonstrates initiative and innovation to generate ideas and solutions in different situations;

SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically, an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
