JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Accountancy or equivalent
CPA Passer is a plus
At least 4-5 years of work experience in the related field
Work experience in the related industry is a plus
Detail-oriented and organized
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To review balance sheets and perform accounts reconciliation as needed
To regularly prepare initial drafts of the income statement and statement of cash flows
To regularly prepare initial drafts of the standard PNL reports
To review the accrual of expenses as needed
To review audit reports and resolve any issues found
To perform inventory reconciliation as needed
To monitor the account ledgers and ensure accuracy and timeliness of necessary updates
To work with Management on resolving issues related to overdue AR and/or AP
To prepare other accounting reports and/or monitoring sheets as needed (i.e. sales, expenses, inventory, depreciation, taxes, etc.)
To ensure accuracy and efficiency of the work outputs
To properly review and approve work-related transactions within the agreed area of responsibility
To organize and file accounting documents as needed
To process payroll and perform payroll-related tasks using the payroll system as needed
To perform bank transactions as needed
To provide support and/or training to Direct Report/s as needed
To ensure compliance with standard company policies and processes, as well as all national and local government requirements to minimize, if not eliminate, any liabilities or penalties
