?Responsibilities:
· Provide complete lifecycle solutions to customers, helping them to achieve their business objectives by identifying requirements, designing and developing solutions and providing on-going support and strategic advice.
· Design, develop, and maintain appropriate test documentation including Test Plans, Test Requirements, and Test Cases.
· Identify risks, create risk mitigation plan, and identifying dependencies in order to deliver work estimates and validation of delivery plans.
· Demonstrate experience of testing within iterative/incremental software delivery, including good knowledge of automated testing and ideally exposure to Agile Scrum.
· Conduct requirements analysis and validation, defining and executing test strategies and scripts. & ensuring requirements traceability.
· Provide or suggest a technique to how conduct a detailed analysis in defects/ issues discovered
· Introduce /suggest a new processes and techniques & accurate recording and monitoring of issues.
· Engage in requirements identification, development of software engineering specifications, solution analysis and design on a wide range of assignments including software development, maintenance, and application developer support.
· Provide QA support to the development of scrum teams to automate tests to guide development.
· Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to product functional specification, maintainability, extensibility and quality objectives.
· Provide regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
· Review test environments and processes to facilitate continuous improvement and maintenance of quality standards.
?Qualifications:
· Extensive experience in software development and testing
· Has a Strong Test Analytical skills and Proven Test Lead Skills
· Experience in Manual & Automation Testing.
· Good understanding and knowledge about programming languages specifically in NodeJS, PHP, ReactJS, and Java
· Has an experience in analyzing, monitoring and tracking logs
· Strong experience of iterative/incremental software delivery.
· Has an experience working in fast-paced environments and strict deadlines.
· Strong background in software integration and system testing.
· Has an experience in SQL query and in relational databases
· Experience of defining test strategy / test approach.
· Proven experience in test case creation, identifying and analyzing bugs, documentation and time management capabilities
· Analytical mindset and a solution-focused attitude
· Self-sufficient, persistent, and fast learner
· At least 3 years of experience as in Software Testing (Functional , Regression, User Acceptance, Performance and API testing)
· Preferable has an experience in Ecommerce , POS or Cloud applications
