THE OPPORTUNITY
The Sponsorship Staff is responsible for encoding documentation in relation to the sponsored children of Plan International Philippines. This assignment is for three (3) months.
Further, as the Sponsorship Staff:
You will assist the Sponsorship Officer in receiving and checking sponsor child information and communications received from the field.
You will assist in the segregation and sorting of sponsorship letters and gift items
You will process photos acquired related to sponsored children and upload in the online database
You will monitor and maintain all filing related to child sponsorship in the program area
Plan International is a development and humanitarian organization. In exceptional cases, you will be asked to support emergency response activities in the communities in your assigned covered areas.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
To be successful in the role you will need among other things:
University degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Psychology, Communication, or any related course.
Experience in the use of online platforms or database, or use of Microsoft Office.
Has the ability to perform basic computer-related troubleshooting and knowledge and skill in operating corporate computer systems.
Has good communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Applicants must have the right to work in the Philippines without restrictions. Local applicants are preferred.
