This role is focused on supporting external partners in the delivery of value to clients. Responsibilities will require you to think creatively to develop new and innovative strategies for clients by generating and presenting valuable and practical insights that are relevant to their needs and to the wider Aon business.

Responsibilities:
Lead a Specialty area as the main local resource for the Philippines
Lead the coordination with regional/global Specialty counterparts to identify growth opportunities within the Philippines including international opportunities involving local clients and prospects
Closely coordinate with the Sales Leader and SAMs to develop growth plans and provide insight on Specialty solutions to address the evolving requirements of clients and prospects
Lead the process to facilitate the seamless transfer of technical knowledge from global and regional Specialty Leaders as well as international carrier partners to the Philippines team
Provide advice to clients and colleagues on market conditions that includes existing coverage and capacity, pricing environment, available coverage enhancements, etc. involving the relevant Specialty areas
Co-lead claim cases requiring Specialty expertise to assist the Account Management and Claims colleagues in the strategic approach to resolve the claim cases in a timely manner
Provide guidance in program design and review policy wordings to ensure it is fit-for-purpose based on the client's risk profile and risk transfer objectives
Develop market placement strategies in coordination with the CBO as well as the Broking Center colleagues, if applicable
Lead technical reviews of insurance programs and placement plans including those handled directly by the Account Management team
Negotiate with underwriters to secure the appropriate terms and conditions aligned with the established program design
Prepare underwriting submissions, placement slips, insurance contracts, endorsements and other relevant broking documents in coordination with insurance carriers and/or Broking Center
Coordinate with carrier contacts and Broking Center colleagues to facilitate the documentation process to meet turn-around-time target
Build and maintain key market relationships with carrier contacts and Broking Center/Specialty Broking colleagues through organizing thought leadership events and performance tracking reviews
Actively participate in business development initiatives including client/prospect presentations and discovery discussions
Guide the Account Management colleagues in promoting best practices in broking, the regular use of standardized templates, archiving of broking files, peer review process, and compliance matters
Work closely with the CBO to ensure client/prospect needs and expectations are adequately met
Collaborate, whenever possible, with other colleagues on growth opportunities and operational excellence matters
Requirements
