Position Summary:
A Reporting Specialist provides value-added reporting services to the TeleTech client base through the design, creation, support and analysis of enterprise reporting. Activities include scorecard reporting, reports template development, and Empower scorecard submission.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop new reports or modifying existing reports, both proactively and in response to client request or in order to improve operational efficiencies.
Consistent, on-time delivery of any Empower Scorecard / EDS related reports and deliverables.
Regularly extract reporting data from available systems (e.g. NICE, MSBI, Empower, HOP etc.) and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports
Work with different teams/departments as needed for their reporting needs
Troubleshoot and identify issues with existing data
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of reporting experience in a call center/BPO environment.
Highly skilled in using MS Excel. Additional experience in other MS products preferred.
Ability to clearly communicate with non-technical requestors and technical partners.
Willing to work on the US shift
Willing to work from home
Ability to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of data
Demonstrate multi-tasking capability in a fast-paced environment
Highly adaptable to changing priorities and projects
Knowledge/experience in the call center business
