THE POSITION
The Specialist, Recruitment Japan is responsible for efficiently and effectively supporting (coaching, assisting, training & answering queries) the target community (BI HR Professionals and BI employees) of HR services, being main contact for all queries related to HR Services Japan and processing support requests in an efficient and structured way as well as following up on them with the next service levels, and for giving end-user trainings.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Execute and run backend processes around Recruitment. Adheres to the data quality standards and delivers against defined SLAs.
Participate in the roll-in of the selected BI countries following the Deployment Roadmap regarding Recruitment. Ensuring high quality service and day one readiness for every new country rolled in.
Accountable for the execution of all related end to end processes, continuously striving for improvements. o Lead and manage in-house end to end hiring activities
Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership team on resource planning, recruiting strategy, and other talent related processes
Establish and drive relationship with vendors, partners and staffing agents o Ensure SLAs are met through Hiring Manager and Candidate Survey responses
Manage escalations
Oversee overall Recruitment operations when the Recruitment Lead is out o Prepare Recruitment reports for key stakeholders
Present recruitment data during service calls
Liaise with the respective HRBP/Local HR and Hiring Managers to ensure operational process excellence.
Collaborate with Global Process Owners on process alignments and improvements
Requirements:
At least five years experience in end-to-end recruitment in the Shared Services environment
Expert knowledge in the field of recruitment, extensive customer orientation and international experience
Fluent in English and Japanese language, both verbal and written
JLPT N2 or N1 certification is required
