JOB DESCRIPTION - Specialist, Quality Assurance
Qualification:
Past 6 months scorecard not lower than 95% score
No active corrective action/PIP
Reliability of 100% on the past 3 months
Should have worked on eBay/Voice program for minimum 1 year
Skills:
Unquestionable product knowledge, excellent analytical skills and "to do" attitude
Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills
Solid organizational, trouble shooting and time management skills
Strong leadership skills and proficiency with MS Office applications
Responsibilities:
Ensuring that all the team members understand and follow the quality standards defined by the client and monitor quality of work done by each CCR
Meeting required number of QA scans and create reports and summaries and manage the team
Coaching and providing feedback to the respective individuals as well as the team with positive reinforcement
Handling the calibration session with the client online and also have doubts clarified
To objectively assess and constructively criticize the quality of email/chat/product skills of CCR according to preset criteria
To continuously review and fine-tune the quality assurance strategy to ensure it meets with the business requirements and customer expectations
Must be able to independently handle time sensitive and confidential documents
