Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose:In this position, you will support our order fulfillment process, helping ensure that customer and distributor orders are efficiently managed from entry through invoicing. You'll have the chance to help maintain strong service levels while contributing to initiatives that simplify workflows, increase system automation, and support ongoing improvements. Your efforts will play an important part in delivering a smooth experience for both our customers and our team.Responsibilities :Ensure 100% order fulfillment from entry to invoicing for all customer Purchase Orders, actively reducing order touches and increasing automation.Lead Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) replenishment processes for distributors, building strong relationships with internal and external partners.Analyze order and customer data to propose and implement process improvement initiatives that increase service levels and reduce costs.Champion and test new system requirements during upgrades (including S4 Hana migrations), collaborating closely with IT and operations teams.Supervise third-party logistics (3PL) partners to guarantee timely and complete order-to-delivery execution.Monitor performance metrics (KPIs), report on team achievements, and identify gaps and resolutions for continuous improvement.Collaborates with Procurement to negotiate opportunistic costs during contract reviews. Initiates contract renewals 6-12 months before expiration.Required Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in logistics, order management, or supply chain management.Proficiency with SAP APO or equivalent order management systems.Preferred Qualifications :Consumer Goods) operations, especially in Customer Service or Logistics.Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and manage process improvements.Experience in managing or working with customer-facing functions.#LI-HR1#colgateemployee, #teamcolgate, #wearecolgate, #buildafuture, #CPValuesOur Commitment to Inclusion
