Identify, design, and deliver Finance Automation projects aligned with company strategies and priorities, automating workflows and processes using various tools and AI to streamline processes, unlock insights, and achieve efficiency benefits.
Drive the end to end project lifecycle for automation initiatives, which include:
understanding and documenting process requirements,
co-designing the automated solutions with other functional teams,
build and document automated solutions,
drive technical and user acceptance testing,
conduct training to end users, and
carry out pre and post implementation activities
Provide maintenance, troubleshooting support and continuous improvement for deployed projects
Contribute to ad-hoc projects, and continually automate/streamline processes to improve business efficiency in the region.This could include supporting the team in deploying AI models and integrating AI solutions with internal systems through APIs
Identification of potential new automation tools to address needs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Economics, or experience in a quantitative field where you gained experience in Business Intelligence, Finance process automation, or other relevant aspects.
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in process automation through workflow automation tools, robotics process automation
Proven experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools, e.g. Anaplan
Prior experience in fast paced environments such as consulting firms or technology companies
Strong experience in workflow or process automation tools like Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, UiPath
Intermediate analytical skills in BI reporting softwares such as Tableau, Google Looker Studio
Knowledge of data science and statistical modeling is a plus.
Experience in developing, deploying AI applications and API integration is a plus
Experience with prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, RAG implementations, and cloud platforms such as Vertex AI is a plus
Proficiency in Python, Javascript, SQL is a plus
Ability to work in a cross functional, multicultural environment environment
Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team
