Here's a summary of what you will be doing in this job: As the Supervisor, you are to ensure that the suitable credit term is given to the customers per transaction made. With this, you are to supervise a team that assesses credit lines or credit risks of customers. More specifically, execute performance review of customers and credit risk management. Furthermore, the role will revolve on financial analyzation specifically on credit investigation. Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities: 1. Quarterly and annually performance review of credit lines 2. Credit line review for new applications upon request 3. Retail meetings regarding station credit lines 4. Industrial meetings regarding their credit lines 5. Retail Independent meetings regarding their credit lines for assessment 6. Training of hired sales officers regarding credit 7. Daily and weekly credit evaluation and review for business unit proponents. 8. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time Qualifications: Graduate of a four-year course relating to Business and Management At least 5-8 years of experience in credit analysis, supplier/trade credit environment preferably from the oil and gas, energy or banking and financial services background. Adept in Analytical Skills, MS Office specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, NetSuite, Google Sheets, Google Forms. Demonstrates strong Communication Skills, Adaptability, and Keen in terms of details. Above average verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of web-based Google Workspace (formerly, G Suite, and comprises of spreadsheets, documents, and presentations). Expectations from Candidates Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview. Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter. In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
