Requirements:
Open for Filipino who can is fluent in Spanish Language
Proficient in both Spanish and English
Preferably Bachelor Degree Holder of any program/course
Customer Service experience is a plus
Translation experience is a big advantage
Responsibilities:
Responsible in monitoring the social media files
Handle content review of social media information
Verify and ensure that video and photo's doesn't violate the policies and procedure of the platform
Coordinate with Spanish speaking client and attend to inquiries
