What we expect:
The Payments Specialist is assigned to do all the Back-Office transactions regarding Finance. They also need to make sure that they follow the policies listed below.
To ensure proper processing of each Payments request & Payments methods.
To analyze requests of the clients.
To report every unusual thing that is happening for every client's account.
To elaborate and maintain Risk categorization of all Customers
To monitor for suspicious transactions and escalate
To communicate with the relevant persons to get the approval for any request
To escalate cases to the Team Manager whenever it is necessary and if it's a risk situation
To participate in training's organized in the Company
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience of at least 1 year in the BPO industry are preferred
Excellent English Communication Skills
Working knowledge on computers
Good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
Willing to work in a shifting schedule
Willing to work for 6 days
