JOB DETAILS:
Client Details: This company is one of the most well known web hosting providers in the world. Their specialties include Mobile Collaboration, Audio Conferencing, Video Conferencing, Online Meetings, Web Conferencing, Cloud Meetings, and Webinars.
Responsibilities:
Support and handle Latin America
Manage team of Customer Success Professionals to achieve quarterly goals and provide clear reporting on metrics.
Recruit, coach, train and develop a growing and energetic team of talented Customer Success professionals
Forming Upselling and Cross-Selling Strategies
Analyze stages of the customer journey and identify gaps in customer-facing processes
Work with other team managers / leaders to help make data-driven decisions, regularly analyzing and improving upon team processes by identifying risk factors and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Open for local and Foreign nationals
Preferably Bachelor's Degree holder of any course
Fluent in both Spanish and English
Strong product knowledge of Video / Audio Collaboration
Minimum of 5 years managerial experience and a proven track servicing strategic accounts
Preferably with experience working in SaaS or UCC software industry
Knowledge in Software Industry is an advantage
Must be amenable to work in Night shift schedule
Can start working as soon as possible
