BPO experience is a plus
Open for High school and college level
Previous experience handling consumer and commercial products is a plus
Proficient in both Spanish and English Language
Responsibilities:
Answers call inquiry via voice, chat and email
Serve as the point of contact for consumer goods account
Handle and process orders
Attend to product questions of Spanish speaking customers
