Requirements:
Fluent in both Spanish and English
Preferably Filipino or Foreign national with Permanent Visa
At least 6 months Customer Service experience
Willing to work in 3 or 6 months project based job
Responsibilities:
Responsible in answering HR related inquiries
Manage calls, emails and chats concerns of employee compensation and benefits
Assist employees in the calculation of benefits and premiums
Maintain the database of employees
Support the HR department with documentation and paperwork.
