REQUIREMENTS:
Open for foreigners who can speak Spanish and English language fluently
Preferably with permanent residency in the Philippines
Experience in Customer Service is a plus
Preferably Bachelor's Degree of any field
Can start as soon as possible
Willing to work in McKinley, Taguig City
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge
Develop customer service programs in order to provide outstanding service
Serve as liaison between customer support team, management and customer to improve customer service and business productivity
