Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
Oversee and manage migrations using the Migrations Methodology
Work with the stakeholders to obtain required information for proper documentation
Prepare and facilitate project management meetings
Document meeting notes and distribute
Develop migration artifact documents and verify information is accurate
Present migration artifacts to leadership as requested
Coordinate Change Management and Communication Plans
Oversee the Hypercare period to a successful transition to Operations
Update and maintain the Migrations Gold Source file with the migration progress
Maintain the Gold Source file for GBS CoE on migration data points:
Add new migration candidate requests
Track all tollgate deliverable dates and highlighting potential slippage
Update with all migration data (FTE sizing, key contacts, business case data, etc)
Provide various team and leadership with performance reports
Develop a high-level business case for the migration opportunity
Maintain relevant migration documents on the Service Portfolio Migration SharePoint site Work on special projects as needed
Skills and Competencies
Demonstrated ability to develop and facilitate presentations with various levels and functions
Advanced organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build partnerships, work effectively on teams, interact with employees of all levels, and interact with other stakeholders
Ability to work autonomously and within teams
Strong strategic and critical thinking skills
Highly skilled in managing multiple projects (multi-tasking), and working effectively under pressure
Must have strong time management skills / ability to work within restricted time constraints
Possess a high learning agility and understand business drivers of different countries, regions, and organizations
Flexibility to support a global work schedule
Education/Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in business, human resources, or related field
2 years of experience in Human Resources, Shared Services, PMO, or within Global Business Solutions environments
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
2 years of demonstrated project management experience
Fluent in Spanish and English languages
Preferred; PMP Certification
