#1 PH Workforce Delivering to the US.MedCore Solutions, the healthcare division of BizForce, is looking for a dedicated Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This position requires proficiency in both Spanish and English to effectively support patients and healthcare providers.Core Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional patient service and addressing inquiries.
Assist patients with scheduling, prior authorization, insurance verification and explaining medical procedures in both Spanish and English.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient experience.
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits to help patients understand coverage options.
Resolve complaints and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
Document interactions and update patient records in the system accurately.
Additional Details:Start Date: ASAPTime zone: TBDSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day; 40 hours per week; weekends off.Requirements
Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.
2+ years customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage high call volumes.
Proficient with patient management systems and electronic medical records.
Amenable to working in a flexible environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
