About The Role
PartnerHero is looking for talented folks to join our Talent Acquisition Sourcing team. As a sourcing specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of our Philippines Hub by proactively looking for and attracting potential candidates. This role focuses on facilitating the flow of talent by utilizing our job boards and available resources. You will closely work with our Talent Acquisition Team to support recruitment needs by managing our candidate pipeline, organizing career fair activities, and advertising our referral programs.
The successful candidate should be highly organized and have great time management skills, a customer experience mentality, and the ability to roll up their sleeves when the time arrives.

You'll Be...
Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities
A promoter of our employer's brand
Utilizing different job boards and resources to attract and interact with potential candidates
Collaborating with Recruiters and Hiring managers to understand each role's requirements
Developing a wide network of potential candidates
A liaison to employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
Identifying future opportunities and proactively sourcing for potential candidates
Providing market research on new and niche positions
Savvy with web, computer, and smartphones
Able to work independently and collaboratively
What You Bring To The Table
Proven work experience as a Sourcer, Sourcing Specialist, or similar position
Experience in working with BPO recruitment
Familiarity with job boards, candidate pipeline management, social networks, and resume databases
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift quickly and responsibilities are broad
High sense of urgency, customer-service driven, and team player mentality
Passionate for making people's lives better by matching them with awesome job opportunities
Friendly, helpful attitude and a love of collaboration
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Exemplary ethics and integrity to maintain confidential information
Availability to perform job duties outside of normal business hours when necessary
