Job Summary SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES Source, recruit, and interview prospective employees for agent positions Determine appropriate match of applicant skills to job responsibilities and supports administration of pre-employment testing and behavioral interviewing Partner with site management to understand and anticipate recruiting needs and ensure appropriate applicant flow Support Recruiting Supervisor and/or Manager in administration of all recruiting and employment activities Primary Job Responsibilities BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Average to above average understanding and use of MS Office Tools esp. MS Excel Knowledge of Sitel recruitment policies and processes (for internal) WORK EXPERIENCE At least one (1) year of successful recruiting experience for non-exempt personnel, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced, customer-focused environment Call center experience strongly preferred.
