Assisting Talent Acquisition recruitment team on requisitions that do not have an existing pipeline.
Actively sourcing candidates utilizing resume databases, networks, social media and other relevant resources.
Precisely screening applicant resumes based on hiring managers' requirements.
Collaborating with recruitment and operations and keeping all parties informed and engaged with the progression of sourcing for highlighted roles.
Creating innovative and resourceful sourcing strategies to find and attract the top passive and active talent.
Participating in job fairs, information sessions and special recruiting events as needed.
Assisting the TA team with overall recruiting goals.
Maintaining the integrity of recruiting reports and applicant tracking.
Serving as an employer brand guardian and ensuring its consistent execution and delivery.

Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
1+ year of experience in BPO industry - someone who has leads generation and outbound experience or hands on sourcing experience in Recruitment
Experience in hiring for IT and other support roles is plus
Experience sourcing and using complex Boolean search strings to identify talent on various job boards and social sites including LinkedIn, Monster, Jobstreet and other sourcing platform is a plus.
Understanding of current industry trends and best practices is a plus
Ability to be a team player who can thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
