Duties and Responsibilities:
• Initiate first contact with the candidates (e.g. set up an interview over the phone or via zoom)
• Make notes during the Interview
• Endorse the candidates to the team to present to the client
• Assist in formatting the resume
• Run ads on LinkedIn
• Manage and update the CRM
Qualifications and Experience:
• More than 2 years of Recruitment experience in any industry
• Understanding and updating of any applicant tracking system or CRM
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
• Ability to adapt to new tools and software
• Ability to build a strong and natural rapport with candidates and has confidence
• Proactive and with a positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and highly organised
• Assertive and able to ask necessary questions
• Good in multitasking
• Experience in Bullhorn CRM and Careerone recruitment platform would be an advantage
• Real Estate or Construction Industry recruitment experience would be nice to have
• Someone who has an understanding of the Australian slang would be ideal
