ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible to utilize different channels to search for potential candidates, reach passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future employment needs. You will proactively recognize our hiring needs and assist us in filling our open vacancies with qualified workers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Interact with potential candidates via social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.)
Draft and send recruiting emails to the desired candidates.
Collaborate with recruiters or hiring managers and determine position prerequisites.
Recognize qualified applicant profile utilizing different sourcing procedures.
Create talent pools for future hiring needs.
Measure conversion rates which include the number of passive candidates who transform into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired.
Request for referrals from current workers and external networks.
Promote our employer brand on online and offline platforms.
Maintain applicant databases through our Applicant Tracking System.
Correspond with past candidates regarding available job openings.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication skills both written and oral is a MUST
Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in US Recruitment.
Preferably worked on technical roles (Technical Recruitment)
Preferably with at least 6 months of BPO (Voice) experience working for a US based Outbound Sales LOB (Line of Business)
Preferably worked as a Talent Sourcer or at least 6 months Telemarketing work experience
Preferably with "hands-on" experience using sourcing techniques (e.g. job boards and crafting Boolean search strings)
Knowledgeable with job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, GoodCV, and etc.)
Knowledgeable with Bullhorn or any ATS is a plus
Handled niche roles, volume, and targeted selection
Ability to work independently while still collaborating as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
Amenable to work night shift from 11pm to 8am.
