Responsibilities
Two (2) years' previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, and/or HR.
Proficient in using remote tools like Skype, GSuite, and ATS.
Expert in tapping multiple sourcing channels to find qualified candidates.
Create a job description and job requirements based on client needs.
Conduct onboarding and offboarding calls and prepare records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
Explain HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing hires.
Process all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
Other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Skills & Requirements
Impeccable communication and written English skills are required.
Must understand the business goals and values.
Strong admin, time-management, and organizational skills.
Tech-savvy and willing to learn more software and tools.
Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information, in addition to creating reports.
Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
Can handle confidential client and applicant information.
Must be energetic, extremely organized, and DEPENDABLE. If you're looking for a short-term role, this job isn't for you.
