Duties and Responsibilities:
• Utilize LinkedIn to research for prospective candidates
• Review resumes and online portfolios for pre-screening candidates
• Team up with recruiters in Australia and West Coast US Developers, General Contractors and MEP Subcontractors within California, New York, and Pacific Northwest Construction Markets
• Update Excel spreadsheets with the information of the candidates including names, roles, company, location, and phone numbers
• Add note if a specific person has been called or not (No calls required)
• Develop a network comprising of industry professionals and potential candidates
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related
• At least 2 years LinkedIn Recruiter experience
• Knowledge with MS Office (Excel Spreadsheet)
• Ability to adapt to new tools and software
• Good communication skills
• Computer Savvy
• Keen to details
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Background with recruitment agency focused on constructions (best if experienced with diverse industries) would be an advantage
