As our Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible in executing sourcing strategies and plans focused on passive candidates, with the aim of achieving high quality candidate and timely filling out urgent roles.
As our sourcing specialist, your responsibilities are:
Implementing best sourcing strategy to source qualified candidates for all open positions in a designated area in the organization
Utilizing variety of sourcing materials, social media, and referrals to gather passive candidates
Act as our first point of contact for candidates, delivering exceptional candidate care and ensuring that all candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment database
Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the database.
Proactively creating pipeline talents and creating pre-qualified talent pool based on the client's hiring plans
Assisting the HR Officer in providing qualified profiles and implementing best recruitment practices to ensure all positions are filled timely
Act as our Recruitment Database POC, ensuring all pipelines and candidates status are updated
With a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, or other relevant courses
At least 1 year of experience in sourcing and qualifying candidates for a variety of roles especially experience in provincial recruitment
Advance sourcing skills from various job boards, associations, referrals, internet searches, and social media
Advance knowledge in Boolean Search, sourcing talents, corporate recruitment, and staffing agencies.
Knowledgeable in using Job street, LinkedIn, Indeed and other additional relevant job portals
Proficient in speaking English and great attention to details
