Insight Enterprise is seeking a Solutions Quoting Specialists in our Manila, Philippines office. You'll provide backend support for the Cisco SMARTnet Warranty department with the goal of increasing both attach rates and renewal rates.
This is a fulltime position with Insight Enterprise, working US hours - Monday through Friday, 7:00 am MST - 4:30 pm MST.
This position will start as a remote position (work from home) until Covid regulations lift, then will be onsite in our Manila office.
What you'll do at Insight:
Report generation within web-based quoting tools
Create SMARTnet quotes and collaborate with SMARTnet Sales Specialist to successfully book renewals.
Promote and develop the Cisco branded maintenance service practice.
What you'll need to join Insight:
Associates Degree preferred, but High School Diploma (or GED equivalent) with 1-2 years of relevant business experience.
Understanding of general business and professional technical procedures, and regulations.
Ability to effectively communicate, problem solve and manage time wisely.
