You will be responsible for working with prospects from an early stage on identifying solutions and taking this relationship through the sale and into a steady technical state, before handing over to the Customer Support and Success teams. You will also be engaged in post sales to help with the bigger more challenging technical issues customers may have.

To build technical confidence with our customers and transition requirements into reality.
Key Responsibilities
Participates in PreSales activities as the technical expert
Product demonstrations with technical level of expertise
Track activities and progress in Salesforce
Review RFPs / respond to technical questions
Attend Solutions Delivery daily standups, weekly meetings and quarterly planning sessions
Attend Weekly sales meetings for region
Provide feature updates and report service issues to Sales Team
Identify technical requirements, impediments or new feature requests for sales opportunities
Complete Tech Validations, PoCs, Pilots and Deployments
Work with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure customers are fully onboarded
Delivery of 'Rocks' set and assigned in each quarterly planning session
Assistance and consultation across existing customer expansions
Validate and submit feature requests for customers as part of the sales cycle
Provide technical support to resolve issues for customers, partners and colleagues via multiple contact channels
