Job Description Client Management The Engagement manager will build positive client relationships during projects. They will assess the clients' needs, identify customer requirements, and develop cohesive projects that improve the operations of a bus Job Description Client Management The Engagement manager will build positive client relationships during projects. They will assess the clients' needs, identify customer requirements, and develop cohesive projects that improve the operations of a business through more efficient procedures and systems. This job involves analyzing business data to assess situations, assign tasks to team members, and problem-solving when issues arise. This person is expected to be a strong communicator who is comfortable working with different teams at various levels of a business and have excellent organization skills. Manage Projects A key aspect of the engagement manager's role is to boost morale and build productivity within teams for better and more efficient execution of tasks and projects. They will lead on many different projects to ensure cohesion between project teams and to make sure that projects meet the initial brief from the client. They will conduct meetings with employees and clients to find solutions to problems and strengthen partnerships. Analyze Business Data The engagement manager will analyze financial data, such as revenue, expenditures, and project budgets. From this data, they can create and implement a project plan once they've gained the client's agreement for each initiative within the project. Prepare Reports on Project Performance This person will track the progress of each project and work to manage the resources and timescale for each one, including the teams working on them. They will also prepare reports on these projects to identify achievements and goals met as well as to highlight any areas for improvement going forward. Identify Upselling Opportunities This person will identify new concepts for products and find ways to upsell or cross-sell to increase revenue and build brand awareness. They will also recommend new systems and procedures to amplify productivity, which may include organizational changes to make these processes more efficient. Qualifications BS/BA degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline - preferred PMI Certification - preferred Minimum of 8-10 years of high-tech/SaaS industry experience 5+ years in Customer Engagement roles Strong cross-functional, technical Project Management experience including planning, scheduling, monitoring and stakeholder reporting Demonstrated experience in leading key projects, including strategic customer programs from inception to successful roll-out and beyond Strong documentation and presentation skills including creative thinking and willingness to work hands-on to deliver impactful outcomes Experience with analytics and understanding of metrics and KPIs (as defined) Thought leadership and strategic thinking Ability to gather and analyze data to understand the pros and cons of different decisions and options. Prior experience with implementing or supporting Tricentis products and other Software Test Management tools - preferred Experience with data migration projects is a plus
