Job Description:
Role Proficiency: Leverage expertise in a technology area (e.g. Java Microsoft technologies or Mainframe/legacy) to design system architecture.
Outcomes: * Deliver technically sound projects across one / multiple customers within the guidelines of the customer and UST standards and norms based on user stories
Guide and review technical delivery by internal teams at the program level
Resolve architecture issues deliver and own architecture of application solutions spanning across multiple technologies for projects of the following nature - high revenue projects complex projects and large strategic maintenance projects
Architect frameworks tools relevant for the program
Key Responsibilities:
The role requires both broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability to architect enterprise, industry, platform, and solutions. * Good experience in .Net solutions by mapping common customer business problems to end-to-end technology solutions
Develop project technology strategies by understanding key client objectives
Identifying and mapping client requirements
Articulating solution risks and barriers
Lead the solution design and bidding efforts for RFP and/or tender
Implement architecture by building components and custom designs, prototyping and data migration
Ensuring technical integrity and consistency
Documenting systems and validating system performance by developing and conducting test scripts; Completing bug fixes
Communicating SharePoint architecture standards and frameworks
Comply with change management processes and meet the gate requirements • Actively participate in the business development lifecycle
Qualifications: * Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience
Healthcare Domain Experience is highly desirable
At least 10 years relevant working experience in enterprise architecture, interviewing stakeholders, architecture reviews, and consensus building
Understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to hold sessions with senior-level executives
