What you'll do
You'll be the technical design authority in an innovative, flexible, team focused on the delivery of a complex SP solution with optical, routing and SDN components supporting workstreams across design, validation, implementation and migration.
You'll support the services delivery team and Pre-sales teams to ensure the integrity of the end to end architecture is maintained for baseline design and change management
You'll act as the Principal Architect responsible for decisions on the technical design, validation, scheduling and operational escalations in consultation with the services, sales and BU engineering teams
You'll engage with the Cisco Business Units for alignment of feature roadmaps and issue resolution timelines with delivery schedules
You'll align with Cisco services Project Managers to ensure end to end architectural dependencies are included in resource planning and scheduling
You'll be the point of contact and presenter for technical aspects of Cisco executive briefings.
You'll be the point of contact and presenter for technical aspects of Customer executive briefings.
You'll be the technical point of contact managing customer Engineering, Build and Operations teams for alignment of strategy and communication of issue resolution
Who you'll work with
PLDT CX (Customer Experience) Architecture (SP networking) team aims to delight our PLDT customer with an exceptional delivery experience based on excellence, quality and consistency. We are delivering Day-1 Services through a strong foundation of deep technical expertise, consistent methodologies, automation, governance, profitable resource mix and leveraging the entire Cisco ecosystem. Integrate overall CX delivery capabilities with CX Centers and Partners to ensure best in class execution, optimized cost structure.
The PLDT CX Architecture team is part of ASEAN CX Delivery Organization that is focusing on Service Provider Core Networking Technologies including: IP/MPLS/SR Core, Aggregation, Access, BNG, IPv6, Optical for both Fixed Broadband and Mobile Operator. The Team consists of Solution Architects, Technical Leaders & Consulting Engineers to provide delivery excellence to our clients.
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent plus 10 or more years of related experience in the Service Provider core routing technology.
Demonstrated track record of success and leadership
Strong relationship builder and influencer
Distinctive problem solving and analytic skills combined with superior business judgment
Awareness of Service Provider Networking Technologies (IP/MPLS, Optical, Segment Routing, WAE, NSO) & Network Automation Process & Tools (Ansible, Puppet, Scripting)
Comfortable leading in unstructured, ambiguous environments... thrive in 'white' spaces
Passionate about Cisco and our opportunity, and driven to succeed;

Desired Skills
Knowledge of Service Provider Core Routing Technologies
Understanding the principles of end-to-end system architecture
Strong experience with system integration

Experience with creating /leveraging on-shore and off-shore delivery models
Exceptional executive level communications skills
