Job Description
The client is a well-established technology company focused on delivering cutting edge Cyber Security and Cloud Managed Services to some of the UK's best-known mid-market companies.
As a SolarWinds Engineer, you'll be working with client's customers to architect, provision, support and maintain their SolarWinds monitoring environments. This position will also be responsible for the management of customers server infrastructures and services.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
· Create design documents based on requirements. This includes from short statement of works, to HLDs, LLDs and implementation plans
· Complete engagements remotely or onsite for customers as required
· Complete health checks and ensure documentation is produced in a timely manner for the Account Manager
· Help the support team solving support tickets on an adhoc basis
· Keep up to date with new features and versions of the SolarWinds products
Qualifications
· SolarWinds Certified Professional
· At least 2 years of SolarWinds experience, ideally in a consultancy capacity
· Experiencing creating customised reporting packages based on monitored devices
· Excellent written and spoken English skills are vital for compiling high-quality reports and liaising with clients
· Experience in PaaS and IaaS cloud infrastructure solutions such as Azure
· Experience in Infrastructure Automation and configuration management
· Networking and Storage - SAN/NAS
· Server Clustering and Load Balancing
· Experience in Networking including: Proven ability to troubleshoot network and server issues such as performance and scalability
· Previous experience dealing with multiple clients and products
· Excellent communication skills
· Experience working with clients at a senior level
Additional Information
Must be willing to work in Eastwood (Hybrid Setup)
Must have reliable internet connection at home
Must be willing to work 1pm - 10pm Manila Time
