About the Role
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading installation coordinators to make sure that the team are on delivering on time. You will also make sure that customers are receiving the best service and that the projects are within the agreed cost.
Key Responsibilities
Organise, lead, and train new hires in the team to complete Solar Installation Projects in Australia within established guidelines and timeframes.
Creating the report for monthly updates to present to the management.
Resolve escalated product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Prepare the team's product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer request orders.
Project management after sales for solar and battery projects.
Position Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in the solar industry. Preferably in the Australian Market.
Experience in building and handling a team is a must for this role.
Solar industry and project management/coordination experience is an advantages.
Energetic and has a passion for making the ultimate experience for customers.
Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders; and
Willingness to achieve and excel in a KPI-driven environment

You are a person who thinks outside of the box solutions for the client and creates new ways of improving the current ways of work. You are well-versed in project management and how they lead the operations. You are highly adaptable to changes and can work in a fast-paced type of environment. As an Operations Manager, you are open to new ideas, contribute largely to the team and have the willingness to be part of a close-knit team.
