Establish a warm rapport and willingness to listen and act with a smile and positive attitude at all times with customers.
Sign up patrons to the Solaire Rewards Club through direct approach the Solaire Rewards Club desk, acquired on the Casino floor or referred by slots/tables/outlets inside the premises.
Assist and acquired members in outside Solaire events
Assist the patrons in the activation of entries and promotions in the kiosks.
Issue vouchers, gift certificates and promotional privileges to guests depending on their entitlements.
Handle members Peso redemption and Bonus offers issuance in an efficient and professional manner.
Requirements
College level
1 year experience in sales and marketing
Have a well-groomed, professional appearance
Experience in the Hospitality industry is an advantage
Fluent in English, knowledgeable and/or can speak another foreign language is an advantage
Computer systems and Microsoft office literate
