Job Description
Working as part of our corporate IT teams, you will be in charge of the quality assurance of all SGS websites. As a software tester, you will be responsible to challenge our current test strategy and to ensure that all the proper tests are always conducted.
Qualifications
Collaborate with the developer's teams to develop effective strategies and test plans.
Align test plans with the overall testing strategy in order to ensure comprehensive, end to end testing of the applications.
Review and analyze system specifications.
Translate user stories in test scenarios, test plan and test cases in Azure DevOps.
Build Test scenario for various devices in Selenium and BrowserStack.
Prepare test data and execute test cases (manual or automated) on SGS live websites to detect potential errors and bugs.
Create, update and execute regressions test scripts both in manual and automated procedures.
Work with the development team to help plan, build, operate and maintain the testing environment.
Enjoy working with recent test environment and tools.
Act as test lead in all our website related projects.
Additional Information
In general,
High Level Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related subject
Minimum 5 years of relevant development experience in an international environment
Certified Engineer or certification on Quality Testing is preferred
Fluent in English.
Testing environment
Experience with Selenium in JavaScript and/or C#.
Good experience with BrowserStack.
Experience with Azure Test Case (Test Plans an asset)
Knowledge on automated testing tool and regression testing.
Experience with TestComplete from SmartBear is a plus
General
Team worker and strong communication skills.
Focused on delivering, pushing projects forward
Able to apply analytical skills to identify system weaknesses.
Ability to find problems and report defects fast.
