We are looking for a test engineer with extensive experience in test and troubleshooting in a test environment with demonstrated understanding of software development life cycle. A test engineer with strong skills in analytical, designing, implementing test cases, cycles and plans.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain comprehensive Test Framework and Test Plans
Develop and maintain detailed Test Cases
Execute manual Test Cases
Create and execute Automated Tests using Selenium, TestNG, and Java
Perform in functional, integration and acceptance/workflow testing
Document test results
Defect creation and tracking
Work closely with development teams
Identify and escalate releases in jeopardy
Understand user stories and turn them into testable scenarios
Analyze test results to determine if requirements have been met
Conduct peer reviews of test plans and test cases
Promote existing SDLC process, procedures and/or methodologies
Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
Perform other tasks or duties that are deemed fit by management from time to time
Qualifications:
Bachelor's / College degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
Possess at least 2-3 years of experience in software testing
Experience building Automated Testing frameworks with Selenium is required. Java, NUnit and TestNG experience is a plus
Willing to work in Salcedo, Makati
