· Performs moderate to complex engineering tasks; solves a broad range of problems of varying scope or complexity.
· Constant update on EuropayMastercard Visa (EMV) and PCI-PADSS standards as it pertains to US and Canadian space, and apply such quality testing on applications delivered by NA developers
· Review and test communication packets (e.g., Visa, Datawire, SPDH, etc.) specific to NA processor either via dial-up, Ethernet, WiFi, GPRS and/or Bluetooth
· Design and execute test plans
· Develop test cases and define test procedures.
· Implementation of best practices for software verification and validation test strategies.
· Ensuring test system documentation consistency and completeness.
· Conducting system and certification testing with processors. Certification may require shifting due to testing window only available during standard working hours in the East or West coast (US).
· Performing risk assessments for applications developed by Development team.
· Performing estimations of effort needed for testing
· Relaying project related information to the team
· Management of the project bug database.
· Perform analysis of test results and assist software developers in resolution of problems
· Comply with standard test guidelines and practices
· Identify testing issues and track them to closure
· Alert software developers to major quality issues
· Recommend improvements on testing practices or software engineering practices
· Works under general supervision
· Deliverables must meet quality standards set by the organization
Qualifications:
· At least 5 years' experience in the same field
· With experience at least in testing EMV or Visa
· Experience on System Certification
· Proven actual experience in Manual Testing, Sanity Testing, Black box Testing
· Experience in Agile Methodology
· Willing to report in the office and shifting schedule
